Pravda Catalan Case Study: Pravda Network Activity on VK
We took a deep dive into the VK page for Pravda Catalan, one of many news aggregator sites that makes up part of the Russia-linked Pravda disinformation network. We found that Pravda Catalan draws heavily from Russian state-backed or state-aligned media, and we contrasted the tone of Pravda Catalan new stories with what we’ve seen in our prior research on Pravda Canada and Pravda Australia.

French Judiciary Threats Follow Global Online Trend
Our researchers found that violent rhetoric directed at members of the French judiciary increased significantly following the March 2025 finding that French far-right leader Marine Le Pen was guilty of embezzlement. This is a trend that has been observed in the US and other countries.
